HSP Counseling AI Chat

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set forth the conditions for using the "HSP Counseling AI Chat" application (hereinafter referred to as "the App") provided by us. Users are required to agree to these Terms before using the App.

Article 1 (Applicability)

These Terms apply to all relationships related to the use of the App between the User and us. By downloading, installing, or using the App, the User is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Service Content)

The App is an AI chat consultation service for HSPs (Highly Sensitive Persons). It provides the following features:

  1. 24/7/365 consultation support by AI
  2. Anonymous consultation function
  3. Saving and management of consultation history
  4. Advice considering HSP characteristics
  5. Information sharing and interaction via Community (Everyone's Feelings)
  6. Other functions determined by us

Article 3 (Eligibility)

  1. The App is only available to persons aged 18 and older.
  2. Minors cannot use the App.
  3. Those who have violated these Terms in the past may be refused use.

Article 4 (Fees and Payment)

The fee structure for the App is as follows:

Basic Use Free (with functional limitations)
Monthly Plan 500 JPY/month (with 1-week free trial)
6-Month Plan 2,500 JPY/6 months (with 1-week free trial)
  1. Fees for paid plans are paid via the App Store.
  2. Payment methods are subject to App Store regulations.
  3. Refunds after purchase are subject to App Store regulations.

Article 5 (Prohibitions)

Users must not engage in the following acts when using the App:

  1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
  2. Acts related to criminal activities
  3. Sending violent, sexual, or discriminatory content
  4. Acts that infringe on the rights of others
  5. Registering false information
  6. Acts that interfere with the operation of the App
  7. Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
  8. Acts of abusing the AI
  9. Using for commercial purposes (without our permission)
  10. Slander or harassment of others in the Community feature
  11. Unauthorized collection or disclosure of personal information
  12. Other acts deemed inappropriate by us

Article 6 (Intellectual Property Rights)

  1. Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to us or the rightful rights holders.
  2. Copyrights of chat history and community posts created by Users within the App belong to the Users, but we may use them for service improvement.

Article 7 (Notes on AI Services)

  1. The App uses Google's AI (Gemini).
  2. AI responses are NOT medical, legal, or other professional advice.
  3. AI responses are provided for reference only, and we do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or usefulness.
  4. Please always consult a professional when making important judgments or decisions.

Article 8 (Change, Suspension, and Termination of Service)

  1. We may change the content of the App without prior notice.
  2. We may suspend the provision of the App in the following cases:
    • System maintenance or inspection
    • Failure of the AI service provider
    • Natural disasters, power outages, and other force majeure
    • When otherwise deemed necessary by us
  3. We may terminate the App service immediately for any reason.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

  1. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence by us.
  2. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or usefulness of the AI's response content.
  3. The App is not a medical service. If you have physical or mental health problems, be sure to consult a medical institution.
  4. We are not responsible for any trouble between Users.

Article 10 (Handling of Personal Information)

User's personal information will be handled appropriately in accordance with the separate Privacy Policy.

Article 11 (Changes to Terms)

  1. We may change these Terms without notice to Users if deemed necessary.
  2. Modified Terms shall take effect when posted within the App or on the website.
  3. Continued use of the App after changes to the Terms constitutes agreement to the modified Terms.

Article 12 (Suspension of Use and Account Deletion)

If a User violates these Terms, we may suspend the User's use or delete their account without prior notice.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. Japanese law shall be the governing law for the interpretation of these Terms.
  2. Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance for any disputes regarding the App.
